Code of Ethics

Spreafico Francesco & F.lli S.p.A., aware of the need to ensure proper, transparent conditions when conducting business and the relative company activities, to protect its image and reputation, the expectations of its stakeholders, and of its workers, has implemented a set of rules, procedures and organizational structures that aim to put in place the strategies and to follow the company objectives with respect for the values of legality, honesty, decency, knowledge, freedom and ethics.

Whistleblowing

Spreafico has an Organization, Management, and Control Model as per Italian Legislative Degree 231 of 2001 suitable for preventing the commission of illicit behavior by its administrators, employees and partners, a Code of Ethics and Code of Supplier Conduct, with the objective
of directing everyone who work for and in the name of the company toward proper conduct that complies with current regulations and company procedures.
Spreafico promotes, at all the culture of ethics and the control of such instruments for the improvement of company efficiency: the company has nominated a Supervisory Board and has adopted a whistleblowing system, establishing channels suitable for guaranteeing receipt, analysis and the treatment of reports relative to the violation of the Organization, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics.
Reports can be sent by employees, third parties, members of social bodies and stakeholders confidentially with absolute guarantee of privacy through a dedicated digital whistleblowing platform (Whistleblowing Platform Reporting Operative Instructions).
